From Monday, 25 May 2026, Unifi Business customers will manage their Unifi Business Broadband services via the Unifi Business Care portal as part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our customer experience.

Affected customers will receive a separate notification via email or WhatsApp with more information.

What's changing for these customers:

• Unifi Business Broadband services will no longer be available on TM Biz Online. Customers can continue to view and manage their Unifi Business Broadband services via the Unifi Business Care portal.
• Other services will continue to be available on TM Biz Online as usual.

Note: This change applies exclusively to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) customers. Large Enterprise and Public Sector customers are not affected.
